I was watching myself do some body weight squat in the mirror and noticed that my lower back kind of loses it arch before I can get below parallel. Sort of like I have to tuck my butt down to get my hips below parallel. Is this ok or am I lacking some flexibility?

Ok, nevermind...when I hit parallel my butt starts to face down and it looks like I lose my arch, but I don't.

Were you really watching your squat form, or just staring at your A** in the mirror?:laugh:

knees out, ass back and then down....slight lean forward while keeping chest out as much as possible will help with arch...
