    I am trying to gain mass and need to increase my caloric intake with my current workout and eating plan. I know olive oil is a "healthy" oil with monounsaturated fats, antioxidants, lowers LDL, and also is high in calories.

    Is it safe to drink a "shot glass" a day of straight olive oil for a massive boost of quick calories?

    Yes, but you could probably get better calories than a full shot of olive oil.
