I got these whole wheat tortilla wraps the other day and am not sure if they are really as healthy as I think. I am trying to keep all my breads to whole wheat. Are these good carbs or bad ones.
The nutrition facts are:

1 Tortilla - 200 cals, 4.5g of fat, 31g carbs, 21g fiber, 8g protein.

Ingredients read as followed: Water, Modified food starch, whole wheat flower, wheat gluten, powder cellulose, vegetable shortening (soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil).

The two ingredients that concern me are the modified food starch because I don't know what it is, and the hydrogenated oil. Any ideas..and if they aren't any good, does anyone have any recommendations for good whole wheat tortillas

I have also used flat wraps lite - i think I posted it in the nutrition forum - they are really good, too.
