For me in particular how do you train yourself to be able to do one arm chin-ups? Me i can't even do one, if i can't do one, is there any way at all you can train yourself to be able to do one arm chin-ups? Should i try and hang on the bar for as long as i can, that might improve my grip strength, but would that be enough to be able to do atleast 1 OAC? Please Comment.

Wait you cant do any 2handed pull ups/chins? if you cant then check wrestlers progression. If you are referring to not being able to do OAC then head over to the link I posted.

This has been one of my goals for a while. Very fun to train also. Minus the tendinitis which you need to be on the look out for and take necessary breaks from time to time.

There are progressions on the page Vel posted for a OAC.

It would help to be able to do a good number with added weight first before moving onto other progressions. Unless you can do 30+ regular chin ups and chin ups with 3/4 your bodyweight in extra weight, then you're not close enough to be worrying about fancy training techniques yet.
