I like the way Squats and deadlifts make you feel your legs as what the really are and how the Hams and Glutes feel like shocks or springs while you walk.

I swear I feel so jumpy at these times like your always ready for a explosive movement.

I use to be a front footed type of person and always lifting boxes and ect with stress on the knees but now I walk with a balanced foot and lift off my heels with hams and glutes also proper back arc.

The pisser is it took 38 year to make the change LOL.

Curl Jockeys, get outta the squat rack!

I wish everyone would get a partial amnesia and never use 'tone' ever again. (thanks Menance)

It\'s called a SQUAT rack for a reason.....

You have to learn to follow, before you can lead.
