I'm quittin too! I'm on my 2nd week with the patch. I have quit before...onve, for a year. But when I quit working out and staying active, I started right back up again. NOT THIS TIME! I feel SO much better!
Cain..haha..just the other day one of our agents (I work in a Real Estate office) was outside smoking, and she says "If i have a call come get me" and me, with a broken toe, i was like "Damn smokers!" hahaha I am even talking one out of the 2 smokers left here to quit! He is going to start next week!

Hehehe, that's great. Funny too because I work in a Mortgage office. Any other similarities we might have? Good luck and hang in there. I quit once for a year also, but I have been a non-smoker for at least 5-6 months I think. Long enough I can't remember when i quit.

Great job Nellie, i just quit 5 days ago, cold turkey. no patch, no gum, no BS. Been smoking now for about 8 years, and definatly ready to quit. Im only 23,and in the USAF, so i think its early enough for me to stop. keep it going. hopefully i can.....David
