Well, halfway through 2007 and the goal of 12% BF seems out now... darnit.... so I'm gonna change my routine to the Hypertophy Program from New Rules of Lifting. Should be interesting.

:)

Decided to have this done as it's been a while.

The first numbers are from November 21st, 2007 and the second (in brackets) are from July 31st, 2008

Chest: 103cm (106)
Waist (Umbilicus): 92 (89)
Quad: 57 (57)
Calf: 38 (37)
BF%: 15.9 (14)
BFM: 28.61lbs (25.2)
LBM: 151.39lbs (154.8)
Weight: 180lbs (180)

I like what I see... if I'd stick to a better diet, I'd be doing much better.

I had an assessment done today. I haven't had one since October 9th, 208. Since then I've done a part of a 5x5 (was in the middle of it when I had the last one) and a few different kettlebell routines. A different trainer this time from last time, so there may be some discrepancies.

The Numbers:

The first numbers are from October, the second are todays.

Chest: 100cm/104cm
Thigh: 60cm/55cm
Calf: 38cm/35
Abdomen: 90cm/87
Lean Mass: 148.05lbs/156.89
Fat Mass: 28.95lbs/24.11
BF%: 16.4%/13.3%

Woot woot! I like what I see.

I'm giving kettlebells a rest for a while (aside from the classes) and heading back to bars... deadlifts and squats here I come. I think I'll be doing a routine from BISS. The one on page 102. ha!
