Introduction

I have been going to the gym at lunch time pretty consistently for last couple of years mostly doing cardio. Only recently started to do serious weight training. I weigh 150 and am 5ft 4in.

Goals and motivation

My goal is to weigh around 135-40lbs and to reduce by body fat to about 20-22% currently it is 25.7%
