Introduction
I've lived a sedentary life for the most part, but since I've finished my degree I'm wanting to get a healthy, lean, toned body. I started by joining Herbal Magic and lost 35 lbs. Now I'm a healthy weight but I do still have belly fat.
Goals and motivation
I'd like to be toned and healthy. My fitness level is very poor; particularly my stamina and core strength are very poor.
