Introduction

I am a 56 year old female, I have lost about 40 pounds but want to lose about 45 more, or reduce my body fat by 20%, which every comes first.

Goals and motivation

11/4/03 -- I am finally losing weight and firming up all over, but I do not know if there is any hope for my Triceps!!!

    doing dips helped my Triceps alot - all you need is a chair or the back of the couch to start

    You must get control over carbohydrates to effectively lose weight.I found that when you start thinking and saying what you really want then your mind automatically shifts and pulls you in that direction.Be persistent <BR>
