Introduction
My first name is Rylan, I'm 19 years old, I'm from Canada, and I started "getting into shape" a couple months ago.
Firstly, I have been pretty skinny my entire life - nothing crazy, but a pretty skinny guy, definitely. Basically it started with me quitting smoking - then I bought some adjustable dumbbells (ranged from 5 to 20 pounds) and started doing a little lifting at home. It turned into a daily routine, and I just recently bought a gym membership and am planning on using it!
Goals and motivation
As I stated, I've always been pretty skinny, so my goal is to gain muscle mass and be a healthier, happier person. I think physical health has a very palpable correlation with mental health, and although it is a cliche, I'm trying to be the best me that I can be.
P.S. I am 6'1" (approx) and currently about 170 pounds (I started around 160 a few months ago, it would be great to hit 190 before september)
