My Profile Help

Your profile is your public presence on FreeTrainers. You can share as much or as little information as you choose with the community. It's a great place to display your photos, friends, groups and personal FLogs.

What is my Fit Wall?

Your fit wall is where you can post what's on your mind. Your friends and other community members can also post messages depending on your settings. To post a new message on your fit wall, simply click the write a message link.

How do I update my profile Current Fitness Program?

This is automatically updated when you create your exercise plan, it will also change when you change plans.

How do I update my profile Current Fitness Goal?

To adjust, simply click on the update link located beside it.

How do I update my profile Introduction, Goals and Motivation information?

To adjust, simply click on the update link located beside the desired topic.

What is My Home?

This is the link that takes you to your public profile.

What are My Photos?

This is where you can add, edit and manage your photos and organize them into albums.

To add a new photo simple click to My Photos, then simply click Add New Photo. It will be placed in a default album. You also have the option to create albums and place photos in there. Example can include before and after photos, etc.

You can add descriptions and others can post comments on your photos as well, depending on your privacy settings.

What are My Friends?

A list of your friends and access to their public profiles as well. We highly encourage all members to search for member and create friends to help them with their goals, motivation and encouragement.

To find friends in the community simply click on Community from the top menu and then Members and use our friendly search options to specify common interests, location, goals and more.

What are My Groups?

A list of and groups you are currently part of. Joining or creating a group is an essential part of our community that truly allows you to interact with members with similar goals or aspirations to help you through your health and fitness journey.

To create or join a group, simply click on Community from the top menu and then to Groups. You can sort by various variable to help you find that best fit, otherwise we encourage you to create your own group where other members can join and participate!

What are My FLog?

Our Fitness Blogs, or FLogs, are a great way for you to post your daily thoughts on various topics of interests ranging from the days workout, nutrition or even an expressive rant. This page will display your list of FLogs and the section you can edit and create new ones.

To browse what other members in our community have posted in the FLogs, you can simple click on FLogs in the top menu.
