i am a new member on this site

and would like to know what excerises i should do to maximize my weight loss

i have a treadmill a bike and a world gym type thing available to me

any thoughts on time per each and what order are welcome

research the fitness program section on this site, it will ask what your goals are fat loss, strength and so forth, it will give you a workout plan per your inputs, follow that and you should be fine. make sure your diet is in order as well, or you'll be whipping a dead horse :big_smile:
