Hi all,

I just signed up to this website and I have created a workout plan. My question is whether the workout plan on this website changes as time goes by? Do th enumber of reps change or the type of exercise and so on?

Welcome to FreeTrainers!

By changing the level of difficulty, you will be given different plans with different exercises. Most plans are meant to be follow for aprox 8-10 weeks. At that point you should be selecting a new type of plan or increasing / descreasing the level.

In the coming months we will be adding new plans and the option for members to submit their own workouts into the system so you'll have access to unlimited possibilities.
