Did you notice any positive change? You don't have to get sore necessarily although most do at the beginning. Up the weight or resistance that you are using if you can.

I hope someone can help me. My husband bought me the Bowflex Blaze for Christmas. I was working out on it for about a month (then I got sick and lazy). My muscles never got sore from the workout. Am I doing something wrong?

I noticed a very small change in my upper body, but not in my lower body. I lift my son who is 26lbs all day, so I don't know if that is contributing to the change in my upper body. Thank you for the advice. I am on a training program through this website, I'll see if that helps. I did a workout today and my muscles feel much more fatigued. Maybe I just wasn't doing the right workout. Again thank you for your advice.
