Holy its hot here today +42C.....I did a workout with fans going and still managed to near vomit....which brings me to my next point DO NOT gulp tons of water,while working out in the heat...sipppppp it

I can only drink a few sips of water before I exercise, and nothing during, or else I feel horrible too. And yeah, exercising in the heat only makes it worse.

Drink when you get thirsty... don't guzzle a gallon of water at a single spot. Workout inside, and tone it down a bit... don't overexert yourself on those hot days!

If you wait to drink when you are thirsty, you are already over 50% dehydrated.

I drink water constantly, but then again, I live in the desert. I'll hit 2 gallons a day in the summer. I have found it easier to tolerate if the water is room temp vs. ice cold.
