I went to the Dr's troday and I am down 3lbs

he is happy so am i
i can also got the ok to start working out

i have been walking about 5 km a day or so
now that the weather is getting nicer here ,I am working in the yard

Walking 5km a day is a fantastic start! Keep that up along with a good diet and you'll definetely see more changes!
