Two questions!

1st one is about fitness programm;what do i have to intput into my personal fitness program when i dont go to gym because i found a job and missed two weeksof training ?

2nd one:In what age u must stop lifting weights?

i believe that you can't ever be too old to lift weights. unless you have some medical condition that downright prohibits you from it, there is no reason not to stay active, no matter how old you get.

Resistance training improves circulation, tissue strength, the condition of your heart, bone density, etc.. Why ever stop. I plan on lifting something as long as humanly possible, even if it is a box of Depends undergarments for reps when I am in the old farts home!
