IM 200LBS 5'9" MALE. MY GOAL IS 170-185 LBS. IM IN THE MARINES AND I EXERCISE 5 TIMES A DAY IN THE MORNING.. MY EXERSISE VARIES DEPENDING ON WHAT THEY MAKE US DO. I TAKE 3 MEALS A DAY WITH A SNACK IN BETWEEN. I DONT EAT FAST FOOD AND I DONT FOODS WITH ALOT OF FAT. IM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT BUT ALL THAT HAPPENS IS THAT MY WEIGHT JUST VARIES BETWEEN 198 AND 204 NEVER CHANGES.. I NEED SOME HELP..
Are you actually "fat" or just trying to lose weight. most ppl in the marines have very low BF%. I dont know you personally but it might be hard for you if your BF% is already low.
another thing you can try and do is instead of 3 meals daily make your meals smaller and consume between 6-8 meals a day. doing this keeps your metabolism high all day and usually causes you to eat less because you are not as hungry every time you eat
