So this is only like week 2 but ive been running 3 miles everyday and working out 5 days a week and eating right, on my way to victory or what? I'm really excited to see results.

The most dangerous thing for us when we begin a new workout program (or diet) is that we want results fast. Then we do way too much and we forget that our body needs time to accommodate as well.

Dustin give yourself some time. It's better only to run and train 3-4 times a week and then stick to it. How are you doing now?

I'm still at it!! I have been running 45-60 mins mon-fri it makes me feel really good about myself and then im in the gym for about an hour 1/2 every day and im already getting my muscle tone back. I like it alot though im actuly like excited to go running and workout everyday love it:big_smile:
