I like this! It reminds me of the last gym I was a member of, there was a cute old guy who must have been in his 60's who came in all the time and did his little routine. It always makes me smile when theres someone whos not 'conventional' determined to do it properly.

The old guy in the gym who wears lime green vests and short shorts, thus revealing too much of his excess hair, doesnt however bring about quite the same joy...
