Take a second look at your diet. Try eating 10-12 calories per pound of body weight per day. If your diet is dialed in, don't get frustrated by a slow start. I've worked with a lot of ladies who's bodies just take a while to start firing on all cylinders. My wife was the exact same way.

Where you are now. And that equation should follow you until you reach the weight you're looking for. For maintainence(little to no weight loss) the number will probably end up being between 12-14 calories per pound. Keep in mind that this is a general estimate, and you may need to tweak the numbers a little here or there.
I just took a look at your profile, and I'd say start at 10 right now.

I'm trying to lose weight. I'm 5'4 and weigh 186lbs. I've been working out now for almost 2 weeks. No weight lose yet. What can I do? I do i need to take pills or clense or something.
