I am 15, 5'6 and I weigh 134. Over the whole summer I have been working out and eating well but i still have a lot of fat in my chest and abdominal area. I am very self-conscious about it and I cant seem to lose any more weight. To many people, my problem does not seem big at all but to me I feel that it is something i need to deal with. Is there any way to target those two areas or if there are any suggestions on how to lose weight easier please post. Thank You!

You are not different than anyone else. Dietary intake is what you need to adjust. You cannot target fat in an area with any exercise.
There really is no magic...it all comes down to eating less or exercising more(more calorie expenditure). You can't lose bodymass unless your energy intake is less than your energy ouput. Laws of thermodynamics...no magic pills out there either.

At 15, I think puberty may be playing a major role as well. Just continue to eat well and keep up your exercise. 5'6" and 134lbs certainly doesn't seem overweight-especially for a male. I'll bet in time you'll loose some of the "baby fat". Good for you for already having a good diet and working out! Also, try to work on your self esteem, nothing is more attractive than a confidant male!
