I am 15, 5'6 and I weigh 134. Over the whole summer I have been working out and eating well but i still have a lot of fat in my chest and abdominal area. I am very self-conscious about it and I cant seem to lose any more weight. To many people, my problem does not seem big at all but to me I feel that it is something i need to deal with. Is there any way to target those two areas or if there are any suggestions on how to lose weight easier please post. Thank You!
To maximize your weight loss i recommend you start doing some cardio. (judging by your post im assuming your only doing weight lifting....) the cardio is probably the best way to lose your extra pounds but that being said continue to pump some iron atlease 3 days a week. in my opinion if you add cardio exercise and continue what your doing now you'll overcome your slump in no time
