I have been trying to lose 10 pounds for months now. I workout 5 days a week and really watch what I eat. Do you have any suggestions?

Do you lift weights, and increase weights and number of reps, so you can barely make it through the last ones?

3-4 times of cardio (30-40) minutes should to the trick, if you eat right.
