I'm a 33 year old female. I'm currently 5'8 and 130 lbs. Overall I have a pretty good body, but I want to be leaner (not skinnier, because I'm tall) and more tone. Currently, I work out 4-5 days a week and try to watch what I eat. I do a mix of cardio and weights. I'm still flabby around my middle, butt, and thighs. I feel like I have stalled. Not sure what to do next. I have kidney disease and have to watch my protein intake and I can't take supplements, but besides that I can pretty much do anything. Any advice?

Keep your calories below maintenance,(this can be achieved through strictly diet or exercise or both), and take in whatever limit of whoole food protein you can, in your case I would suggest taking it in divided amounts pretty equally to keep as steady an amino acid flow as possible.
