I have had trouble lossing weight in my inner and outer thighs, arounf my knees, and calves. I have been considering liposuction in these areas, but it will cost me $7,000. Is there any workouts I should try first?
Healthy diet and exercise. Build up overall muscle to burn more calories on a daily basis, and do cardio to help increase fat burning potential. Clean diet is as important as exercise. I agree with jbear, lipo should be a LAST resort. Plus, if you haven't adopted a completely clean eating and exercise lifestyle, you will gain the fat right back and may as well just send ME the $7000 instead! :)
