I'm thinking about gettin and exercise bike and I just wanted to know they are really good workout and if it will give me good results!?

They are good for cardiovascualr workouts, and if you use it consistently and create a slight calorie deficit in your diet you should get results.

You also need strength training - it will help you get results faster and give you strength for daily activities/strengthen your bones and body to prevent age-related weaknesses like osteoporosis, etc.
