Doc says i cant life weights with legs due to injury. So virtually all the training i used to due is right out of the window! Help is needed. I need strength and certainly conditioning....any ideas guys?

I would suggest just starting slow, and jogging a couple days week. As you progress, I would eventually start interval training, which mimics how soccer is actually played. Also, what about body weight exercises such as lunges or squats with your back against a wall? Lifting your upper body shouldnt be a problem.
