Last week, and the week before, I used a modified version of the diet in BB1's diet thread. Without exersizing(unless you count sorting through junk exersize)I lost 1lb the first week, and 1.5lbs last week.
NEVER have I had 2 weeks in a row of loss. I'd have 5lbs,then nothin for 3 weeks, then another 2 and nothin for 3 weeks.
So, a small victory in realistic loss, and so far a total of 12.5lbs since October. Not a lot, but enough for me to say I'm making progress slowly but surely.

That's great cristal! 12.5 pounds in 4 months is 12.5lbs that will stay off--definite progress!! Keep it up and good luck!

Great job on the 12.5 lbs. cristal.
Keep putting bb1's diet to work and you'll continue to see that 1-1.5 lb loss every week which is a very healthy amount, that's fat coming off girl...not muscle!
