Couldn't find a thread for this so here one is. Whats the most weight that you could affectively lose without hurting yourself severly and without dying from it?

A good healthy amt of weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week.

You must not be looking very hard. It is preached over and over here that 1-2 pounds a week is what you should shoot for. That is a pretty safe statement for the majority of people. For those that are excessively overweight, a little more a week may be possible until they diet down.

I work out pretty heavy, and here lately i've started a drink i drink about once a week. So i'm losing about 10-12 lbs a week and i don't feel sick or anything but i don't want to continue to do this is it's gonna kill me, so i was just wondering about all this.

severrin - that's pretty extreme. You can do that for awhile but eventually, it will take its toll on you. Not to mention, the fast weight loss winds up goind back on if you aren't careful.

Well it is common that extreme weighloss occurs during the first couple of weeks of lifestyle change. Watch out though cause the faster weight is dropped the faster its packed back on
