I'm 5'7 and weigh about 143lbs. I desperately want to lose the saddlebags attached to my thighs. What are the best exercises I can do?

Check your diet. Sorry, but you can't spot reduce.

I exercise 3-4 days a week and do a lot of lunges at home. I know this sounds stupid, but as I lose weight all over, will the bags greatly reduce?

Yes... what's your routine like? Have you set up one from FT?

Well, sorry to say it's not a good one. Last year I was working out with a trainer, but I switched gyms and haven't been doing as well. I do a lot of cardio (walking, running, using the stairmaster)plus lunges and squats at home. I am ready to get serious again. Yes, I just set up a workout on this site. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question.

No problem. Go with what this site is offering and if you have any questions, ask. And use Fit Buddy at the bottom of the page to search. Plus, fill out your profile.
