Hi, I work in a hotel as a banqueting porter, and I have to haul around stacks of chairs on a trolley and carry around heavy trestle tables and because I carry the tables/ have carried the tables on one side more than the other for the past two years, I have more fat on my left side of my stomach than the other. Is there any exercises that may help even out my abdominal muscles. Thanks. Scott.

So much for the "can't spot reduce a fat" theory....
um...guess you could try side leg lifts lay opposite your "problem" side propped up on your elbow lift your leg and tighten your obliques...
I honestly don't mean to be rude....but how does that look to have fat on one side of your abs and not the other????

This is purely 'percieved'. It is not spot reducing, it is more muscle gain on one side from use, no atropy of muscle there being allowed, hence the 'appearance' of less fat.

It's bloody weird, I mean its not much there at the moment, cos ive been doing situps/crunches for a while, so its not as noticable. Dont get me wrong but its not as bad/was not as bad as you think, its just that I can notice more than anyone else can.
