I sweat a lot on my face. If I cut down on eating so much sugar and salt, would I stop sweating as much?

Probably not much you can do about it. You are just made that way. I sweat a lot on my face, too. More so when I was young, not as bad now that I'm old. Just sitting in a warm room my face would bead up and start dripping. My friends used to think I was a freak. It is annoying...but it is probably just how your cooling system works. You are probably better off than your friends who don't sweat so easily and get red-faced in the heat instead.

On the other hand, if your diet is high in sugar and salt you may want to cut down on them anyway.
