I would like to find out how the program works do I do all the exercise for those specific days or individual days. for example Mon I work chest and abs tues legs and calves thur shoulders back and calves and friday biceps triceps and abs. are these programs done on the same day and how do I find how many sets to do.
I'm not sure what you're asking but if you're working out on Monday, it's usually a Monday. :) The number of sets are listed on the routines themselves.
