Can someone explain this to me a little better... http://www.isu.edu/~andesean/SIMSEM.htm

there's alink to asight with it on it....
I under stant the "reps per set".......then the next column is "Optimal total".....and "range"

so say i'm doing 80% 2-4 reps per set...15 total reps max?..10-20 sets? Or did I get the last 2 backwards?

for 80% do 2-4 reps per set... for a total SET VOLUME of 10-20 repetitions, ideal being 15.

In other words, if you were doing triples, you would do between 4 and 6 sets, optimally doing 5.

do you understand everything else on there? I've used Prilipen's before, but didn't read the entire article.
