There has been a few years here since I first joined FT and finished my first challenge, but I wanted to share with those who have been on FT and seen me here, struggling, messing up, letting my life dictate my eating, using excuses, etc. my current figures and thank you for putting up with me! For those who are new to FT, keep coming, the encouragement, support and nutritition support you receive here is endless and though it took me a while to get here, and I still have a ways to go, I can finally look in the mirror and see myself and be happy. I don't see the fat me anymore, though I do see the imperfections, I allow myself to, and know that I have come so far that I am not ever going to let them stand in my way of acheiving and attaining my goals. I still have some bf% to work on and weight to lose, but I have cut it down quite a bit and that is such a wonderful feeling! My girlfriend called me skinny the other day...by no means am I, but she really meant it and it felt so good knowing I have come this far! Good luck to all of you and NEVER give up!!
