With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Why didn't someone tell me about the effect of doing Lunges! My leg muscles don't hurt, but give that feeling of being strong and sore..but not a hurting sore...you know what I mean? I also did "straight leg deadlift" yesterday, too. With both exercises I am holding 2lb dumb bells in each hand.
I set up a 8 week exercise program here at the site and so far so good. I added a 12 week program for improving my abs, too.
I felt it was time to supplement my walking routine and I am really excited about seeing improvements in my overall appearance, strength and endurance.
I think I am getting addicted to exercise...hahaha
