Hello My name Is Nicholas Carchio and I want to completely Transform my life and body. I am looking for someone who has all ready made this change. If you look at the tabs at the top of the page, most of the work has already been done for you. It only takes a couple of minutes and it's a good place to start.

So the ones generated are just as good? Would it be the same as a workout fit for my body its self?

the program on here is for a complete beginner so it would be good for you based on what you said you will need to change things up after that more than likely good luck you sound pretty determined
