i had a baby 9 months ago and need to lose 3 more stones to get down to 9 stones (apparently my ideal weight) i am 5'3". i eat less and go to the gym once a week because is the only chance i get, i need a workout plan for maybe 2 days at the gym as am desperate to lose the jelly belly!
If you can't make it to the gym, try a home training work out from this site, they are pretty good, this along with once a week at the gym and a good low fat diet should get you on the right track.
