Hi,
Im currently managing to do the following in a 2 min time:
25 push ups (with great challenge, they are NOT easy)
the minimum i need to do is 50!!!
50 sit ups

can lift 75kgs (165 lbs)
I should be able to do around 25 chin ups, but I cant do any!!

I need to lift and manage more weight, without the bulk.
