Okay i'm not overweight or anything like that. I'm 5'6 around 140. I have a pretty solid body already but my stomach is what is lacking.
My top four abs are great but thats it. MY bottom are are terrible. MY stomach goes from flat to flab right there. I run everyday and eat healty. I'm trying to figure out what exerices and workouts or any supplements that could help me finish off that flab on my abs.
