does anyone remember this magazine? i used to get it in the uk in 2002/3. Have they stopped producing it?

It is back in production now, I think. They stopped producing it for a while, then Men's Health publishers bought it and revamped it, I think...and now I have seen it again recently.

Have you tried Oxygen magazine? It is kind of the same thing, but has better articles, I think.

Health is a good one. I also get Shape, Fitness, and Women's Health. There are a lot of good magazines for women out there.

I subscribe to Health. It's got a lot of articles on exercise and eating right, but also a lot on healthy skin, spiritual health, making your home healthy, doing right for the enviornment, etc. It's also geared towards women.

I really likes M+F hers - it was specifically body sculpting/building for women. I find other mags to be not so relevant to me.
