So I actually got to counting how many calories I eat daily and this is it:

Protein: 96g
Fat: 80g
Carbs: 360g
CALORIES: 2523

I'm currently 50kg, 171cm. I'm underweight and an ectomorph. I have fats around my abs and thighs from childhood I'd like to reduce. Right now I work out 3 days a week and do cardio once a week. Is this ok?
What do I need to get leaner?

Cardio once a week will not help very much. Try cardio after every workout 20 - 30 minutes.

Your carbs are too high your protein too low.
Try 1g of protein per pound of body weight and 2g of carbs per pound of bodyweight.
make your fats good fats and focus on complex carbs and whole grains.
