I'm just asking because stuff like Wheat pasta and Good Grained Bread or said to be eaten in moderation. I would say 1 meal per day is in moderation, I like that fact a good tuna or salmon sandwich could be a meal and it's always 1 you can take on the go with you! Anyway wants your take on the word Moderation?
