How frequently do I need to massage my body.

I do heavy workout.
3 days weight training and 2 days cardio in a week.

What is the best frequency to get the best results.

I wanna make a career in body building.

If I could get a daily massage, I would. :)

I would say once or twice a week (or whenever is needed!) will help your muscles to relax.
