Hi Everyone
Have been workingout for a while and had reached a plateau. I am in week 2 of this program and love it. I have one question. I wanted to find out if anyone can point me to a pic somewhere on the web for the machine I would use to do "Machine Pullovers". No one I have asked at the gym knows what machine that is so i have been doing regular pullovers. Any help will be appreciated.
peace

There's a couple of pics in the "The Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding" by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Couldn't tell you what page the pictures are on right off the top of my head, but I know they're in there.

Since nobody in your gym knows the machine, then you will not find the machine where you work out. Doing pull overs with dumbells is fine as well. Just continue.

It's the same movement, but at the machine you are sitting instead of lying.

Thanks so much for your help. I found a couple images of the machine. Not sure, but I think that we might have the pullover machine at the gym. I will try it out tomorrow coz its my chest day.
Thanks again.
