How does your diet look? Could there be anything else that you could eliminate from it, (soda, snacking at night, fast food?) If you feel that your diet is not the problem, then change up your exercise program. What are you doing for that? If it's the same thing every week, your body may be adapting to it, and it isn't working as well anymore. Good luck!
