im 22, i have been really thin all my life until the past couple years. by no means am i fat, im just starting to get alittle pudge, and my butt needs some work. i work alot and it hard to find the time to eat properly. i usually eat a peice of chicken and some mashed potatos for lunch or even a cup of frosted flakes (like a cup you drink out of) and when i get home from work after 7pm i try to eat something like 2 pizza sandwiches or left over spagetti. im not looking to lose weight, just the pudge. is there any exercise routine you guys would suggest to get the job done!
Your diet is where your pudge is coming from...check out the healthy foods list...read the FAQ forum...and consider where you are making your posts...this is the obesity forum..you would probably get better responses in the general forum...and welcome to FT:)
