I weigh 180 lbs. My goal weight is about 135-140 lbs. I tried many diets but none of them seem to working, rather it be walking in parks,riding a bike,water pills, or diet pills. It seems like my weight is stuck on 180. Can ANYBODY help me. I WANT to be skinny again like I was before I had kids.. Plus some other personal reasons why I want to loose weight.

None of those things are diets. A good diet is a balanced and smart nutritional plan tailored to fit your activities. Forget the pills, they are almost ALL hype. Your calorie needs are based on your body weight and activity level. So try taking in around 1700-1800 calories a day from healthy sources, in conjunction with those physical activities you were already doing. Losing weight is about creating a caloric deficit by the end of the day through diet and exercise. Try looking in the diet forum for more of the specifics.
